State Parks are booked way in advance. You might be able to find a spot or two during the week (Sun-Thurs nights) but that's about it in the winter. Commercial campgrounds are not cheap during the winter.

Thousand Palms in Lake Panasoffkee FL (not fancy but maybe more reasonably priced)
Christmas RV Park in Christmas FL (near Daytona)
Williston Crossings in Williston FL (near Ocala)
Quail Run RV Resort in Wesley Chapel FL (near Tampa)
Rock Crusher Canyon near Crystal River FL
Belle Parc RV Park in Bushnell, FL
