I can't help you with Beverly Beach, but the development on Cudjoe Key with RV lots is called
Venture Out"Venture Out". I was originally a bunch of condo RV sites - most on canals. Although permanent homes have been built on most lots, there are still individually owned RV lots for rent. There are two main real estate companies that handle the rentals.
Waterfront Keys Real Estate and
Dolby Realty, then also their in-house listings
Venture Out. It is a gated community with all the usual resort stuff. We were there for a couple of weeks last winter and found it a little stuffy with lots of rules and regulations. There are a few restaurants and stuff within walking distance, but it is a ways and bikes would be better.
We really like the Red Coconut - try to stay there at least a week every year, but reservations in season are tough - probably easier in the summer. The sites on the beach side of the highway are great, on the other side of the road are pretty tight. Lots of stuff within walking and biking distance - you can even bike up the beach and cruise the beach bars.
