The Cimarron River where I am fishing now fits this description. Even has a number of beaver dams to slow the flow and create cover. There is snow on distant 10,000'+ Wheeler Mountain that fell the other night. The Red River, Rio Chama, Pecos, and Rio Pueblo are other New Mexico rivers that are also mountain streams.



Looked at some images for Cimarron River in NM.....beautiful!

Can you recommend any RV parks in that area?
