Flying a non-USA flag alone in the US. Disrespecful?

It is disrespectful.
And like so many proper things they are ignored because 'we must be tolerant' or attitudes of it's no big deal.

One should be proud of their home country but not by disrespecting a foreign country that you are a guest in.
