Fort smith one nighter recommendations
Can anyone recommend a place to stop for one night around Fort Smith Arkansas?

Ft Smith RV Park is 8 months old, and VERY nice. It sits right next to the Arkansas River, with a new bike trail right behind it. The sites are spacious. Not crowded at all. They have a pool and a pickleball court, and the laundromat is clean with new machines. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Any of these work - Not sure which way your going after ft smith, but if you just need to park for a few, Muskogee Cherokee Casino allows overnighting no hookups.
- We were just at Sallisaw KOA a month ago. Nice place.
Dave - KOA in Ft.Smith is nice, about 1/2mi north of I-40
- What about just stopping for a few hours rest at a rest area on 40? Is this allowed?

- Thanks. Trying to find something for tomorrow night. Both of these look perfect but no avail. Being that it's a Friday might be difficult. Leaving Memphis early afternoon and hoping to make it to fort smith area.
