Fort Wilderness Camp Sites
DW and I are trying to plan a trip to Disney over spring break next year. Realising that Fort Wilderness fills up fast we will take what we can get but just in case can someone explain the differences...

The diff categories have nothing to do with site size, but with how much of the site is paved. Full is first 2/3 paved from the road. Preferred have 3/4 paved and Premium is all paved with a bit wider pavement. They are also ranked according to distance to two different amenities locations. Only the 2000 loop is not close to some type of amenities, but its a tent/popup loop. The site types have nothing to do with ease of access backing into a site. Some Premiums are a bear to get into, and can be fun to watch other attempt. I like the Full hookups as they are farther from some of the chaos and roads (quieter), yet not far from the larger pool area.
