Fredrickburg or kerrville TX RV park
We are planning to go to the hill county in early November for several days with our toy hauler and Harley. Any recommendations on a nice camp ground with full hookups?

- In Kerrville we also liked Schreiner park. Not a traditional RV park. Former state park, now city park with lots of room. And deer come grazing thru the sites. We prefer the hill side, over the river side. Guadalupe RV Resort is also a nice, but higher priced park, on the Guadalupe River.
Fredericksburg KOA (3 miles east), Fredericksburg RV Park (right in town), and Lady Bird Park (about 2 miles south) all get good reviews. - It's been a while but we liked Lady Bird Johnson Municipal Park in Fredericksburg. I gathered enough pecans for a couple of pies there. It's hard to go wrong in the Texas Hill Country.
- Oakwood in Fredericksburg was alright when we were there. We have friends that return to Lady Bird every year.
- I'll second Buckhorn. A really nice campground.
- We stayed at this same KOA in 2014. I was pleased with my stay. Was there for 3 nights.
