What you are looking for has pretty much gone the way of the Dodo bird. Shortly after people realized you could go to Vegas, eat on the cheap, see shows on the cheap, stay on the cheap and NOT gamble, the casinos took steps to shut that all down. Now, there are no cheap eats or cheap shows, at least at the decent casinos. To get the goodies, you have to gamble, and gamble large. You can still find good room rates (compared to other destinations), but don't expect any freebies.
