Hi Brian, I'm from the northern panhandle and currently live in the eastern panhandle. Austin Lake in Toronto, Ohio is where we stay when we go up and visit family. It's 34 miles north of Wheeling. Nice quiet campground and the Owner Bill is very friendly and helpful. The only downfall to this beautiful campground is that the road in and out is steep... as in low gear the mile to the campground. But once you are there it's so quiet and well maintained. We stay there in April and the premium sites last year were $45 a night. Private message me if you would like pictures and more info. I can also give you info on my neck of the woods.
