I go googled Sun group, and was surprised to see that a group from India would have an interest in Ocean City. LOL
Actually, Sun Communities is the group hat purchased Frontiertown and Fort Whaley. It appears that they own lots of RV Resorts, and seniors communities. They already have these two properties on their RV locator map.
