- korbeExplorerWe have found that the questions asked of us vary over the course of the year. Might be when certain fruits are in season. We had some cherries taken even though they were store bought. Sometimes they ask for citrus. One time they actually wanted to look in my frig even though I told them we didn't have any fruits at all. A special program I suppose.
I have also heard that a grocery receipt for store bought fruits will help. Haven't tried that one yet. - KansasRVExploreryea, I wouldn't risk it
- wildtoadExplorer IIThink it's bad now just wait till California secedes from the union.
- garyemunsonExplorer IIJust don't do it. You really cannot see issues with the fruit.

For questions on quarantines and/or bringing plants, fruits or vegetables into California, call (916) 654-0312. 8-5pm Sacramento Office - D_E_BishopExplorerWe usually go back and forth on 10 and never been stopped coming from AZ. Really not on 40 either.
If your fruit are clean and shiny and there aren't any brown specks of scale you're probably good anyway. - darsben1ExplorerThey will take it as they should. The threat to citrus industry is very real with the Med fruit fly and the Asian citrus psyllid and Huanglongbing.
Sort of sad you would even think of trying.
