- Fulltimer50ExplorerLooks like it might depend on what you have for camping equipment. You need to know what the camping equipment limitations are.
- RVcrazyExplorerIMHO Gulf Waters is more adult. It is not geared for kids activities. Woodsmoke is much more family friendly.
- chiefneonExplorerHowdy!
We stayed at Gulf Waters RV Resort for a week during the Labor Day holiday last year. Very nice place with hardly anyone around place was empty. Would stay there again if in the area. Florida off season is April to October when then the Snowbirds return.

Chiefneon - LindaDExplorerWe stayed at Gulf Waters for a few nights last month. It's a beautiful park with many high end rigs, IMHO not really a family/campground type experience. We didn't see any children there at all. As far as a snowbird experience, from what I saw many of the sites were privately owned and it's difficult to get in during snowbird season.
