What is there to do in the Gettysburg area? RV campgrounds? We know the area is full of history, but don't know where to start. Thanks & Merry Christmas.

If you mean things to do that are not battlefield related, not much. Its a pretty rural area.
York is about 30 miles away. Lancaster and Hershey are abbot 55-60 miles away. Likewise Baltimore. Washington DC is about 85 miles away.
