is it busy this time of year?

It's almost March...and, the President's Day weekend is over, so was wondering if it clears out now.

Thank you for the info!i know it is pretty rowdy sometimes and sometimes till 3 am. Moreso than road runner

It's busy from October to May. Very few weekends is it empty.
