Global Warming hit Texas last night, got down to 29 degrees in Central Texas...

    No, they don't.

However, we should remain focused on the preponderance of evidence, not wild predictions made by those with an agenda. That always happens.

The facts remain: we are dumping billions of tons of CO2 into the air, more than all the volcanoes put together, we have records of CO2 concentrations going back some 800,000 years from Arctic ice cores, and we keep track of the oceans' temperatures.

Science is not perfect - never will be - but don't dismiss what we know simply because somebody said something that didn't come true. Remember the instructions to a jury: it's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, not beyond ANY doubt.

Thing is NONE of it is coming true. Nothing they say with happen does. Hey y'all the ice caps are melting. No they are not. Hey y'all. the planet temp is rising. NO it is not. You'd think that would hit SOMETHING, and then when NONE of what is predicted comes true. They back peddle. Like, OH well the ocean is keeping the temp normal. WELL DUH!!! That is what it does.

So what we know, is they have been wrong about every thing they have said, EVERYTHING. and then lied about it. Lost all credibility.

Then all I can say is you're paying attention to different facts than I am. And it must be some kind of conspiracy.

And from this point there's not much more I can say.
  • I do find this thread amusing, especially on an RV forum.

To those speaking in support of AGW, do you not see the hypocrisy of having this discussion on this forum?

"Yup, AGW is really bad. That's why I've logged 5000 miles with my rig getting 6 MPG."
  • Hi,

I full time in my RV. My energy foot print is much lower than when I lived in a house. I use about 19,000 btu's to keep warm at -36 C (-33 f).

  • Well, I guess we have had this discussion before with similar results.
