golf courses with campgrounds in arizona

I have been looking at all the available golf courses with campgrounds and while there are several nice ones, I thought I would throw it out to the forum for ideas. I do have a older motor home (1985 HR imperial) so am age restricted for the snobby resorts. Any older MH owners that camp at a golf course have suggestions for a great place to golf and stay over the winter from oct to mar. I also have two small furries with me.

  • Try View Point in Mesa. It is located on University Road or Ave. It is an Encore Park.
  • Check out Palm Creek Golf and RV . Lots of new up dates > They received all #10s ratings from Woodall's, Good Sam And Trailer Life . Best place in the Country . Check out there web page . The Park looks like the pictures.
We have lived there for 10 years .
  • There are a lot of golf courses in Yuma Az plus a lot of places to camp for the winter
  • While it isn't quite Arizona you may want to look at the Springs at Borrego, in Borrego Springs California, it has a 9 hole course attached to the resort and an 18 hole course in the adjacent resort. Lots of western Canadians stay there over the winter.

They have a website you can check out.
  • We really like Pueblo El Mirage near Glendale, AZ. Not far from Phoenix. This resort has the only 18 hole championship course I know of at an RV resort in AZ. Course was designed by Fuzzy Zeller. The resort is great too!!
