There are no campgrounds on the beach in GA. The closest you'll get is Jekyll Island Campground on Jekyll Island, a few minutes ride or 15 minute walk to beach. Or River's Edge on Tybee Island, GA a short walk or ride to the beach. Tybee Island is about 15-20 minutes from Savannah.
No frost in November. Usually not until late January. It's not unusual to see 80 degrees on Christmas Day.
