And so does Colorado where we often stay in State Parks.
Just one clarification. The entry fee applies alike to in state and out of state users. There is no reference that I know of that relates to non residents. Even the annual pass costs me the same as it would anyone from another state. Though, I will admit, I can better afford to buy it because I live near enough many of the parks to use it.
Last year (2016) I would have come out even or slightly better to have bought the annual pass in Colorado, but had no way of knowing in advance how many times I might have used it.
