Like ken56, we recently stayed at Anchors Down RV Resort. Simply awesome views of Douglas Lakes from all sites (they are terraced}.It is just outside of Sevierville and all the action of nearby Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. All the amenities you'd expect of a true "resort". This is our new favorite in that area. Check it out.
