Gulf Shores State Park
Has anyone ever camped at Gulf Shores State Park in Alabama? We were thinking of going this July. If so, do you have any pictures of the park???? Is it a nice park?

I don't have any pics, but I will agree that it is a nice park. The last time we went, the pool was ALMOST finished. They opened the week after we left. The sites are Gator Road, right on the water are our favorites.
Be aware that the park is NOT on the beach, but you still get the wind/breeze from the ocean. You have to drive, walk or bike the mile to the public beach access.
