For the winter, electric is cheap in the Mesa, AZ area (Salt River Project). Highest bill last winter (all electric with heat pump) was $78 - and that includes standard washer & dryer. Normal is about $40-50 for any given month. Last October, days in the 90s, nights in the 60s, it was $78
