- Is it worth taking bicycles to Camp Edison? Is it fairly level for kids to ride around camp and such?
Not going to be on the highway. - flifisherExplorerCamp Edison is a nice park can start to get pricey as they charge for everything. (dogs, boats, over 4 people etc.)Can be hard to find a good site during the summer as it's very busy. Limited full hookups, plenty of sites with power but water is 5 per site. Long stays can be trying as tanks fill, but you can call the honey wagon on it's posted scheduled or drive to the dump station. Some sites are paved and somewhat level, but most are not. The restrooms with pay showers are kept clean and the camp hosts are great. It's a beautiful location and you should not have issues getting there. I go every June with the grand kids pulling my 30' fifth wheel and boat. Have a good time!
- Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIWhen I was a SCE employee (22+ years) would go at least once a year.
Haven't been there since 2002.
WOW.....time flies. - guidryExplorerThats our every year park. You shouldnt have a problem towing there. The park itself might be a little tight but doable.
have fun - AcampingwewillgExplorer IIIt's been several year's(ummm maybe more, like 10 or more) but it's a Great CG. I know the drive up the hill can be challenging but we did it in a 37' MH with toad. Really liked the Park!
