If you're looking for a park near Tampa that is similar to Williston Crossings, check out Quail Run RV Resort in Wesley Chapel FL. They have 2 sections, older in the back with lots of shade, park on grass. In the new section all sites are paved but no shade yet. Grassy area between sites. Pet walking area. Brand new pool, bathhouse and laundry. Near shopping and restaurants. We prefer the new section for satellite reception. Wi-fi is great where we were. Friendly park.
