With all due respect, if you do not like the terms of service as clearly stated on the web site, don't use them. If you think that any product/service is too expensive, don't buy it.
They are not a "ripoff" as they ARE giving you your money back, just not as fast as you like. Many major companies would take the same amount of time to issue a cash refund on account that was initially a credit card transaction.
