In Florida and I assume it's the same with many other states, it makes no difference how you feel about Reserve America and their policies. If you want to reserve a site in a state park, you have no other choice than to go through them.
Before RA you called whichever campground you wanted a site for whatever dates and asked about availability.
Now with RA you go online and see what's available. I find it much more difficult as a "Floridian" to get a site now than it was before RA, since anyone , anywhere, can also see what's available as opposed to before when you had to call a park.
