Well, I have had no trouble whatsoever with Reserve America.
Their cancellation policies and charges are plainly stated on their web-site which one should have read before placing a reservation. Placing that reservation infers that one read and accepts the RA policies.
So esentially it isn't RA that is the issue. It is the one that uses their services and doesn't take the time to review the policies that has the issue.
Pretty simple in my opinion.
