What a ripoff. I understand charging for a night if you forget to cancel, wait till the last minute or if the site doesn't get rented, but if they rent the space out, $17.75 per site seems high.
We've cancelled a few times with Reservamerica and they've always credited back our credit card, never mailed a check.
