Have you tried south of Moab on the 191, towards Blanding and Bluff. Lots of boondocking areas down in Combs Wash, with alot of atv trails. It's further south and lower in elevation, although Nov. is cooler anywhere. http://www.americansouthwest.net/utah/cedar-mesa-grand-gulch/comb-ridge.html
