Pipestem State Resort Park in West Virginia meets all your needs. They have a nice campground, they also have cabins and a hotel. In addition they have 2 pools,2 restaurants,nature walks, horseback riding,archery,golf,mini golf, tennis and a lot more. Very reasonable rates.
