Pretty much what I was thinking. This plus the basic fact that everything is more expensive here in the Northeast/New England. That said, PA has some very nice state parks with full hook-ups; just book early because things fill up very fast during peak RVing season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). And I'll second what Crowe said about New England - DEFINITELY worth the trip.
