As you mentioned that you will be posting on various sites, paragraphs would make your complaint much easier and much more likely to be read.
You also said: "Before I stay in your “Village” again I will expect an apology from you for your lack of respect to your customers. Plus you will have to guarantee better amenities i.e. camp sites, trash service and a minimum fifty percent reduction in your daily rate."
You really are not that naive to believe they will respond to such a request, are you?
