We stayed there 3 years ago and it was not deluxe then either by any means. It is a Coast to Coast park is why we chose and we stayed there for 4 days. It served its purpose. Management was nice enough. We were not at our trailer much as we were out touring the sights in ABQ. You will not be inclined to sit outside much but they did have a club house and pool. The road in starts to be one way just before the check in office so there would not be traffic passing in the opposite direction. I had plenty of room getting in and out.
