East of Austin is a small USFS CG with about 8-9 spaces. I think it is Bob Scott CG. We ate lunch there but did not spend the night. There were only a couple of spaces that we could have used, but it is in the "middle" of Nevada.
X2 for Bob Scott. Small campground but nice. I don't know if they have turned the water off for the year. Site ten is huge. we easily fit our 31ft MH and our sons 23ft TT and truck into it and had room to spare. We spent four days there earlier this year. East of there is a petroglyph site. There is a dry campground there as well. Wave at us as you go through Fallon. I hope you have a great trip.
