Short answer.
Don't worry about it. Trails all over the place, desert walks, mountain hikes. More than you can handle.
Once there find a good book store and you will find dozens of good trail books covering the whole state.
I hate to do the same trail twice. In four years I never ran out of places to explore on foot.
I envy you that first WOW moment.
