Looking to make reservations for three months this winter, and considering this park. Is this a Pick or a Pass? Would love some input on this park.

My parents live in Leesburg and they scoped it out for us before we went to visit.....They said the place was a dump.
We ended up staying in Clearbrook RV resort just south of Leesburg which was fine.
