Holiday weekend
Home !!!!! We leave the holidays to the 3 time A year campers! Its just too crazy. Used to go on holidays years ago but now its just better to stay home. Bu we will be out enjoying the peace and quiet of camping next weekend.

- I see people make the comment all the time that CG's are just "too busy on a holiday weekend".
Around here, every CG is booked full every weekend. So there's no more people at a given CG on a holiday than any other weekend. - That's true for any holiday except July 4th. Gotta be somewhere to see great fireworks. Besides, it is crazier here on the 4th, than most other places. (4th, National Cherry Festival, Air Show) I get out of here and go further north.

We are heading out this weekend to a local State Park, then back home for a week and half... then on the road for 3 weeks... Syracuse, NY then to Youngstown, NY (Niagara area)...
