Hispanics make for great family activities, excellent Mexican food, folkloric dance groups, culture that has been part of the southwest for more than 500 years. I laugh when people say, "nobody speaks English". Hello, they have spoken Spanish here for hundreds of years. I love it, bilingualism. Works for us.
