We spend the winter at Val Vista Villages (Fiesta section) in Mesa, AZ. Not the largest in Mesa, but pretty good size with EVERY possible amenities you could want. We love the Phoenix area in the winter, mild weather, good restaurants/arts centers/spring training all within an easy drive plus 15 minutes and we can be out hiking in the Superstition Mountains.
