Indianapolis and Nashville CGs
Looking for stop over campgrounds. First night east side or there abouts of Indianapolis. Coming down #69. Second night west/south side of Nashville hopefully near the northern end of the Natch...

South or west side of Nashville is tough. About the only campground anywhere near the end of the Trace is Montgomery Bell State Park....but that's out of the way from the direction you are coming. You might want to consider stopping just on the north side of Nashville. There is a KOA in Millersville, off 65 just north of the city.
Hi Dave....just wanted you to know we took your suggestion and stayed one night at the KOA you recommended. Worked out well for us on our way to Louisiana. A reasonable stop over and a well run park. Thanks for your help. Don
