Inexpensive Overnight Campgrounds Near Tulsa, OK
Are any of the COE campgrounds near Tulsa open in the winter? Are there any other good campgrounds?

The two COE campgrounds with water, electric and dump stations on Skiatook Lake close to Tulsa close at the end of October. There is one COE on the north end of the lake with no hookups that may be open but it's quite a ways from Tulsa. If you don't need hookups you might try the Osage Casino that is just North of downtown Tulsa or the one in Skiatook about 25 miles northwest of downtown Tulsa. Also here is paid campground close to downtown Canyon Creek Campground
