I is a nicely shaded park with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Close to everything you would require. The weather in winter months is good, some colder days but warms back up quickly!
I also just bought a home near there. The Springs in this area are spectacular. As are all the pines trees. Something you don't see further south.
Regarding the cold? Makes me laugh being from up North. When the 'Florida' weather guy predicts it is going to get 'real' cold for the night it's a whole different story.
The first time I experienced a cold night predicted I battened down the hatches before sundown on the MH insulating it and getting ready for the cold night.
Well....cold temps in Florida means that it gets cold for
one whole hour, right before dawn. :S
