Since we went solar, I've had to change where I pick my spots when in the forest. If we are going to be more then 2 days, I'm looking for a spot with about 6 hours of sun per day. That is enough for us to keep enough of a charge to go over 1 week, but we never go over 1 week at one spot.
Rareiy do I bring the Honda with us - I do if it's a one week+ trip, and that is just in case. Even then, I usually don't use it - just lock it up.
