Friend of mine hates that place for that exact reason. Says he can't leave without some old coot ramming into him first.

We spent a few days in Yuma two springs ago. I really can't imagine it not being as safe as any other senior community in the south. It's also home to the dirtiest casino hotel carpet we've ever seen.

I think the sirens in Yuma, at least many of them are on the expressway that runs thru. Traffic stops, car accidents. It is a busy place during the winter. We spent the last winter there and never felt unsafe.

Actually border towns are safer than normal and the reason is because they are over run with border patrol.

Yuma, where else can you go and walk into a McDonald's and see a table full of old guys, all of them with a gun on their hip. Love it

Somebody really ought to do something about those bad Hombres invading other places from Illinois. Wouldn't be surprised if he was attempting to illegally enter Mexico and sign up for food stamps there.
