ISO a great campground on water east coast or great lakes

For the end of June, I would suggest going South.
A long drive from Ohio but I would suggest the Outer Banks in NC or Myrtle Beach in SC.
A bit closer is Ocean City, MD or the Delaware Beaches but the water will still be pretty chilly.
