Issues with Thousand Trails online reservations??

We have had a zone pass through Thousand Trails for a few years. We also have a Max Pass allowing an additional 6 parks in Florida. We've been pretty happy with them, but lately I have been unab...

I've had issues off and on in the past (haven't tried recently). If I can't get through online, I call them and they make the reservation over the phone.
