Funny how the lurkers have been waiting for almost record low temperatures in Texas to bring up the difference. Average highs are in the mid-70's for South Texas this time of year. We had 80's last weekend. 78 predicted for Christmas Day in McAllen, Texas.
Another number that might interest readers would be a monthly rent comparison. Something around $600 versus $300 in my experience.
