There are over 400 RV parks in the RGV (Rio Grande Valley of Texas). Three months for under $1,000 is very common. Of course there are a few that double that, but there are also some at half that price. I spent three winters in South Florida and if money were no object, I might be there now. The hurricane did not affect the RGV directly, that was 300 miles north of here. Texas is a big state.
