Gate guard took me to cover shed, insisted I install stickers before he'd let me on base. He might have been one jerk of many, some are some not ... but believe me, KB requires stickers.
Matter of fact, KB would not allow my bike on base without a sticker and a MC license, and bike was in a cargo trailer.
When/If you transfer to SB Bangor you may find it different. Navy Region NW dropped stickers about three years ago.
If you are a visitor (including retirees) you are required to show your drivers license and current insurance card.
