We were at Janes Island last year with our 32 footer. We would not take anything more than a 35' RV in there. The roads are good, but you really have to be careful what site you are trying to get into....there are a lot of trees to maneuver around on the sites. We were able to make a scouting trip without our RV and pick and reserve a spot we felt we could maneuver into. Typical of many state parks, it can be tricky. It is a beautiful park, but the wetlands that surround it and offer wonderful fishing and kayaking, also host mosquitoes and biting flies. We are not going back.
