My husband just retired, I will in September. We would like to spend January and Feb in Florida. Any suggestions? Looking for a place with planned activities .

Depends on how far into the rat race you want to go. If you are looking for peace and quiet look from Ocala northward and stay away from large metro areas, if you want to get into the snowbird game, Orlando and southward.
